3. Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • If the desired product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In case of defective or incorrect items, Marcado Shoes will cover the shipping costs.
